Expert Witness Services

Technical Support for Case Analysis & Planning – Services include preliminary case review and analysis. This includes: review of depositions, exemplar samples and test data with the objective of providing preliminary comments and recommendation for next steps.

Aerosol Product Failure Analysis – ATS will perform independent diagnostic testing of products involved in cases in an attempt to identify the root cause of the product failure. In addition, ATS has access to external testing capabilities which include analytical and metallurgical laboratories.

Depositions & Trial Experience – Mr. Chadwick’s participation in legal cases spans preliminary case analysis, the development of written expert opinion reports, and, providing depositions and on-stand testimony.

Intellectual Property Disputes – In addition to participating in product liability cases, Mr. Chadwick has also provided expert witness services in matters of intellectual property disputes and technology licensing agreements.
